Working with Skyros
How does Skyros work?
Tell us your budget, preferred areas and when you want to move in. An advisor calls you, shortlists homes that fit, explains the trade-offs of each, arranges site visits and stays with you through booking and paperwork. You decide; we make sure you decide with the full picture.
Is it free for buyers?
Yes, for new projects. Buyers pay 0% brokerage because the developer pays us. For resale homes and rentals, a fee applies. We tell you the fee and what it covers upfront, before you commit to anything.
Which cities do you cover?
We're based in Bengaluru and help buyers across India. Tell us the city, locality or office commute you have in mind, and we'll say honestly how well we know it. Browse homes by area
Choosing and checking a home
Do you only show RERA-registered projects?
Yes. Every new project we recommend is registered with its state RERA (K-RERA for Karnataka projects), and we share the registration number so you can check it yourself on the state RERA website before paying anything.
How do site visits work?
We fix visit times with the developer's team for the projects on your shortlist, so you can see several in one day. Your advisor can join you, point out what to look at and help you compare afterwards.
Will you help check the documents?
We help you go through the RERA registration, approvals, title papers and the draft agreement, and flag anything that looks off. For a formal legal opinion we recommend an independent property lawyer, and we can suggest one if you don't have your own.
Home loans and NRI buyers
Can you help with a home loan?
Yes. We can connect you with banks and home-loan partners, help you compare offers and keep the paperwork moving. The bank decides your eligibility and interest rate, and the choice of lender is always yours.
I live abroad. Can I buy through Skyros?
Yes. Many NRIs buy with us without flying down for every step. We share video walkthroughs, hold calls at times that suit your time zone and coordinate with the developer, your bank and your lawyer. Some steps, such as registration, may need you or a power of attorney holder in person, so plan for that early.
Selling, renting out and after booking
Can Skyros help me sell or rent out my property?
Yes. We help owners price a home realistically, market it, screen buyers or tenants and handle visits and paperwork. A fee applies, and we agree it with you before we start. Sell or rent out with Skyros
What happens after I book?
We don't disappear after the booking. We follow up on the agreement, loan disbursements and payment schedule, keep track of construction updates with the developer, and help with registration and the handover checks when your home is ready.
