We work only with projects that are registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) where registration is required.
Where project details come from
Prices, floor plans, sizes, specifications, amenities, possession dates, RERA numbers and other details are taken from developers, their brochures and price sheets, and the Karnataka RERA portal. We share them in good faith, but developers can change them at any time and we cannot guarantee they are complete or current.
Check the project on RERA
Before booking any property, please check its registration and details yourself on the official portal:
Search using the project’s RERA registration number. Compare the approved plans, carpet area, completion date and promoter details with what you are being offered. If anything does not match, ask us or the developer before paying.
Images are artistic impressions
Renders, 3D views, walkthrough videos, show-flat photos and lifestyle images are often artistic impressions or stock photos. Furniture, fittings, landscaping and views shown may not be part of the offer, and the finished property may look different.
Prices can change
Prices on this site are indicative and can change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, they usually do not include stamp duty, registration charges, GST, maintenance deposits, car parking, club membership, legal fees or other charges.
As of 2026, Karnataka charges 5% stamp duty (plus cess and surcharge) and 2% registration on most residential purchases, and GST applies to under-construction homes (5%, or 1% for affordable housing). These rates change, so check the latest with your lawyer or the developer.
Offers and discounts are set by developers and may end or change at any time.
Not an offer or a contract
Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a promise to sell any property. A booking or sale is only made through the developer’s or owner’s written documents, such as the allotment letter and the agreement for sale, which are the final word on what you get.
Maps, distances and calculators
Locations on maps are approximate. Travel times and distances are estimates and vary with traffic and route. EMI, price and cost calculators give rough figures only; your bank and lawyer will give you the real numbers.
